Summer Camp – Camp T. Brady Saunders

Boy Scouts go to summer camp to have fun and adventure! Camp T. Brady Saunders provides them the opportunity to do both.

Camp T. Brady Saunders has been in operation since 1964 and has provided 1000s of scouts with an amazing summer camp experience. The main element of summer camp is program and Camp T. Brady Saunders has plenty of program to keep young men engaged and teach them valuable skills, while working towards rank advancement.

Some of the programs offered at T. Brady Saunders include Ranger Challenge,C.O.P.ETrail Blazers, Aquatics, Rifle Shooting, Archery, Shotgun Shooting, Scout Craft, Handicrafts and so much more! The staff of T. Brady Saunders is excited for the 2012 summer camp season and is ready to provide scouts a fun summer, while teaching them self-reliance, leadership and the patrol method. Through summer camp young men develop character!

PIONEER WEEK, June 10 – 16
WEEK 1, June 24 – 30
WEEK 2, July 1 – 7
WEEK 3, July 8 – 14

Aquatics Week, July 29 – August 4

REGISTER NOW ONLY $250 HOLD-A-SPACE FEE PER UNIT!
Early Bird Special! $230 per Scout – 1/3 of total bill paid by March 15th, 2012
Regular Fee $260 – applies to all Scouts registering after March 15th, 2012
Leaders $100 per week or $20 per day if not staying the entire week

Camp T. Brady Saunders offers a wide range of programs to meet your camping wants.

Trail Blazers:  
Young Scouts will benefit from a week of outdoor skills orientation and rank advancement.  Our dedicated team will guide your young Scouts through the early requirements and set them on the path to Eagle!

Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience (COPE):
Project COPE provides an opportunity for every participant to achieve success as an individual and as a member of a team!  They will be participating in group initiative games, low ropes courses and high-ropes course activities!

Ranger Challenge: 

Want more out of camp then a week of merit badges?  Come join us on a unique experience, unlike anything offered at other summer camps.  Each week, based on conditions and group interest, Scouts and leaders will have the opportunity to learn about Indian Archeology, Survival, Rifle and Black Powder Shooting, Snakes, Ecology and many other valuable skills.  These skills will be taught at T. Brady Saunders and utilizing many other places, such as The James River, Crab Tree Falls and many other possible locations!  Join Ranger John and partake on a journey never to be forgotten!

Merit Badges:  Camp T. Brady Saunders offers a wide range of merit badges.  We are adding many new and exciting merit badges for the 2012 summer season.
